To apply for an exhibitor booth, please read the following information, the rule and terms, and complete the  online exhibitor application

  • All applications will be reviewed for relevance to ISLWE and event needs.
  • All applicants will receive notification of either acceptance or rejection. Those determined not the best fit will be notified as soon as possible and fees will be fully refunded. Event coordinators reserve the right to reject any application and return registration fees.   
  • If your application is accepted, further details will be emailed to you, including the opportunity to purchase lunch options for those who will be staffing your booth space.

Submission of the application is considered a commitment on your part to participating in this event if selected. Payment of booth fees must accompany exhibitor application submission for application to be considered. Payment may be made by check or by credit card.  If you withdraw your application after March 1, 2016, your fees cannot be refunded. If your application is not accepted, we will issue a full refund.

We will not provide tablecloths or a name banner for your table; please bring your own. Booth space is approximately 10’ wide x 8’ deep. If you need a larger space and need more than one booth please contact one of the ISLWE coordinators. Each booth fee is for up to two tables.  If you require additional tables please contact one of the ISLWE coordinators as there may be an additional fee.

Free parking is available at the Shirk Center. Exhibitors can unload materials at the loading area and park their vehicles at the far end of the parking area.

^Work exchange opportunities are available to offset the booth fee for nonprofits. To apply, complete a volunteer application and make a note in the notes section that you wish to request work exchange.

We strive to make ISLWE a Zero Waste event. It is part of the Exhibitor’s responsibility to support this endeavor.  Details in the Rules and Terms section.
